Job summary

CAVA is a fast-growing restaurant concept known for its Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and guest-focused service. We are seeking Team Leaders to drive daily operations, train staff, and uphold our standards of hospitality and quality food.

As a Team Leader, you will support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth shifts, manage workflows, and create a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Lead with hospitality to ensure quality guest experiences.
• Coach and develop Team Members as the business grows.
• Open/close restaurant, place orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Uphold food safety initiatives and cleanliness standards.
• Make sound decisions and help resolve issues on shift.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, place orders, conduct inventory, and assist with cash handling.
• Promote a positive work environment and support guest service excellence.
• Delegate routines, ensure standards, and train Team Members.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Assistant Managers to drive performance.
• Support food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
