Job summary

CAVA - Blaine North is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-centric service to life in our restaurants. TLs will lead daily operations, delegate tasks, maintain standards, and support training and development of Team Members alongside the GM and AGM.

Responsibilities include opening and closing the restaurant, inventory and cash handling, food safety, and ensuring a positive work environment that delivers on our commitment to hospitality and quality food for guests.

Qualifications

• Foster hospitality and guest service across the team.
• Coach and support cross-training as the business grows.
• Lead opening/closing duties, ordering, inventory, and cash handling.
• Support food safety initiatives and cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and issue resolution.
• Support shift deployment to ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team daily in a positive work environment.
• Delegate routines and key tasks while upholding standards.
• Support training and development of Team Members.
• Open and close the restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash.
