Job summary

CAVA - Broken Arrow is seeking a Team Leader to help bring our mission of hospitality to life in our restaurant. You will lead daily teams, support the General Manager, delegate routines, ensure standards, and help train and develop Team Members.

The role emphasizes guest service, food quality, opening/closing duties, inventory, and cash handling, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing Mediterranean concept.

Qualifications

• Work closely with Managers and Team Members to bring the spirit of hospitality to our guests and create quality food.
• Coach, develop, and support cross training as the business grows.
• Support restaurant operations including opening/closing, orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure proper cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that arise.
• Support deployment practices on your scheduled shift to ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team daily and promote a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with Assistant General Managers and General Managers to deliver on commitments to guests.
• Delegate routines and important tasks while ensuring standards are executed.
• Assist training and development of other Team Members.
• Oversee opening and closing duties, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
