Job summary

CAVA La Mesa, a Mediterranean-inspired fast-casual concept, is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily operations in our La Mesa restaurant. You will supervise Team Members, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.

In this role, you will help with opening/closing duties, inventory, and cash handling while coaching colleagues to grow and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time on-site position in California.

Qualifications

• Lead the team daily and promote a positive work environment.
• Coach, develop, and support cross training of Team Members.
• Open/close responsibilities including food orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Support food safety initiatives and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team on a daily basis to ensure high guest satisfaction.

• Oversee opening and closing duties, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
