CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to help bring our mission and values to life in our San Diego restaurants. You will lead the team daily, promote a positive work environment, and support the training and development of Team Members to ensure guests receive exceptional service.

As a TL, you will collaborate with management by delegating tasks, maintaining standards, and supporting opening/closing duties, inventory, and cash handling, while upholding food safety practices.
