Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage daily facility operations and lead a fast, friendly team. You will model great service, support management, and ensure guest satisfaction in a high-energy car wash environment.

This role offers a competitive pay rate of 15.00 USD per hour with weekly commission opportunities, flexible scheduling, and strong growth potential within the company. Part-time and full-time options available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
