Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help run daily operations and set a positive example for the team. The role focuses on service leadership, safety, and ensuring a smooth car wash experience for guests.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with opportunities for weekly commissions and career growth from entry-level to management as the company expands. Flexible scheduling supports both part-time and full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
