Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to support daily car wash operations and guest experiences. You will help manage the site, assist customers, and lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We offer growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a path to management within a growing brand. Typical responsibilities include opening/closing, customer enrollment, and facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Open and close the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
