Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours a week

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm, five days a week, including every other weekend

The Role You’ll Contribute:

The Team Leader supports the Shift Supervisor, Operations Managers, and Department Directors in daily operations. Responsibilities include training, supervising, coordinating schedules, ensuring supplies, and setting a professional example through interactions with team members, patients, and families.

• Daily cleaning of assigned areas, including trash removal and surface sanitization.
• Adherence to policies and procedures.
• Stocking supplies in designated areas.
• Knowledge of infection control, isolation procedures, and proper equipment operation.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate in English (required).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Discretion in handling confidential personnel issues.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• One year of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor (two years preferred).
