Job Summary: The Production Supervisor oversees specific production lines, supervising shift activities to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output. Responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring compliance with GMP and HACCP regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate shift activities to maximize efficiency and product quality
• Hire, train, and evaluate production staff
• Ensure safety, GMP, and HACCP compliance
• Schedule production and staff according to needs
• Monitor costs, minimize downtime, and control labor expenses
• Maintain sanitation and warehouse processes
• Review and address HACCP documentation discrepancies
• Provide backup support for other lines as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate degree (A.A.) required
• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to move throughout the facility and lift up to 50 pounds
