Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a Team Lead for the Growth Day Program in the Bethlehem area. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating comprehensive supports, and promoting person-centered planning to empower individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field or equivalent.
• Experience in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to complete background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and operational oversight for Growth Day Program services.
• Coordinate services for individuals supported by the program.
• Bridge staff, individuals, families, and leadership to ensure person-centered services.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and special projects.
• Support direct care and community inclusion activities.
