Job summary

Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a Community Inclusion Specialist for the Growth Day Program in Bethlehem, PA. This full-time role helps adults with developmental disabilities live more independently by creating engaging community experiences that promote inclusion and growth.

You will plan outings, provide daily living support, and assist with ISPs and behavior plans, while building meaningful relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to adults with developmental disabilities in community settings.
• Plan and coordinate daily outings and activities that promote inclusion.
• Support ISPs, behavioral plans, and skill-building activities.
• Document progress and maintain confidentiality; ensure safety during transportation.
