Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a Community Inclusion Specialist for the Growth Day Program in Bethlehem, PA. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in community settings, helping them engage in meaningful activities, life skills, and social opportunities.

The role emphasizes person-centered support, independence, and community inclusion. DailyPay and competitive benefits accompany a starting pay of $18.48 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record; access to reliable vehicle for work travel.
• Proof of active vehicle insurance; basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to adults with developmental disabilities in community settings.
• Create and facilitate community-based experiences to promote inclusion and growth.
• Assist with daily living activities and ISPs/behavior plans as needed.
• Coordinate and document outings, budgets, and progress notes.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance during activities.
