Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking an experienced Team Lead for the Growth Day Program in Bethlehem, PA. This hands-on leadership role oversees services empowering individuals to live independently and participate in the community.

You'll supervise staff, coordinate services, and ensure person-centered planning, with competitive pay of $19.48 per hour and DailyPay available. Join a team dedicated to changing lives through supportive, community-based services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field or related discipline.
• Associate Degree with at least 3 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• High School Diploma or GED with at least 5 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License, ability to complete required background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and oversight for community inclusion activities and events.
• Organize, schedule, and distribute work among assigned personnel.
• Keep employees informed of policies, procedures, and program updates.
• Support implementation of agency policies and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor assigned staff.
• Manage special projects and community inclusion events from planning through completion.
