Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-focused service to life on the floor. You will lead daily operations, coach teammates, and partner with General Managers to ensure excellent food quality and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will open and close the restaurant, assist with inventory and ordering, maintain safety standards, and resolve issues to keep service smooth. This is a fast-paced role that rewards teamwork, reliability, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-driven leaders who can motivate and develop a team.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and guest service standards.
• Ability to manage daily operations, including opening/closing tasks and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and guest interactions to ensure a positive experience.
• Coach and develop Team Members; support cross-training as the business grows.
• Open and close the restaurant, handle food orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Enforce food safety and cleanliness standards across the team.
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues on shift.
• Support deployment of shift plans to maximize service quality.
