Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to help bring our mission and values to life in our restaurant. You will lead a team daily, promote a positive work environment, and ensure guests receive high-quality service and food.

The role involves collaboration with Managers to execute routines, training, and standards across shifts. Ideal candidates are skilled at team development, guest interaction, and upholding food safety and cleanliness standards while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for both guests

Qualifications

• Candidates bring a hospitality mindset and guest-first approach.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Experience coaching and cross-training Team Members as the business grows.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS operations.
• Understand food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with GM/AGM guidance.
• Delegate routines and tasks to ensure standards are met.
• Support training and development of Team Members.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and guest experience.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, inventory, and ordering as needed.
• Model sound decision-making and guest-focused service.
