Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-focused service to life in our restaurants. You will lead daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and delegate routines to deliver on commitments to guests.

You will work with managers to train and develop Team Members, ensure food safety practices, and support opening/closing procedures while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality or food service.
• Strong guest-service orientation and ability to coach others.
• Ability to train, mentor, and cross-train Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash as needed.
• Coach, develop, and support the cross training of Team Members.
• Support the overall restaurant experience and ensure standards are executed.
