Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in sales-driven environments.
• Proven ability to coach teams to sell and deliver great customer interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and POS system experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate team to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Support the General Manager in achieving budget, revenue, and performance targets.
