Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a Team Lead to drive sales, grow memberships, and deliver standout customer experiences. This hands-on leadership role requires motivating a team, engaging customers, and achieving performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Open 7 days a week with shifts that support busy hours. Competitive pay of $20.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in sales-driven environments (car wash, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses preferred)
• Proven ability to coach teams to sell and deliver great customer interactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and POS system experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals, including memberships, upgrades, and add-on services
• Actively engage with customers to promote wash packages and subscriptions
• Support the General Manager in achieving budget, revenue, and performance targets
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows, high standards, and strong customer conversion
• Track performance, provide real-time coaching, and reinforce sales best practices
• Maintain inventory, follow company policies, and resolve operational or customer issues quickly
• Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on results, accountability, and customer loyalty
