• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Actively engage with customers to promote wash packages and subscriptions.
• Support the General Manager in achieving budget, revenue, and performance targets.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and high standards.
• Track performance and reinforce sales best practices with real-time coaching.
• Maintain inventory and resolve operational or customer issues quickly.
• Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on results and customer loyalty.
