Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily operations and model excellent service. You will lead a fast-paced, outdoors environment, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and support maintenance.

This role offers growth into management with a strong commission opportunity. Expect to be on your feet for long hours, work in all weather, and pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable team member.
• Must be on your feet for long hours and work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Open and close the facility as needed.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment and facility upkeep.
