Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to drive guest satisfaction and lead daily operations at our Hampstead, NC location. You will model service excellence, assist management, and help teammates grow while delivering fast, friendly car wash experiences.

This role offers weekly commission, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing company that values teamwork and community presence. Prior customer service and leadership experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screening and background check required by state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they pass through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
