Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Ocean Springs, MS is seeking a Team Leader to drive daily operations and customer service at our busy car wash location.

You'll supervise opening/closing, enroll customers in the Unlimited Club, prep vehicles, guide them through the tunnel, and help maintain equipment and grounds while providing a friendly, energetic guest experience.

Competitive pay with weekly commission and opportunities for growth within the company; part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
