Qualifications

• A Starbucks Team Lead is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ for positions serving alcohol where applicable.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health department and weights and measures requirements.
• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a "customer comes first" attitude and connecting with the customer.
• Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
• Maintain calm exterior presence during high volume periods and unusual events.
• Anticipate customer and store needs and assist with training new team members.
• Adhere to operational policies including cash handling and safety and security.
