You will supervise teammates, train new members, maintain safety standards, and handle cash with integrity while keeping a calm demeanor during peak hours. Must be 18+; 21+ if serving alcohol. This role is full-time and onsite at Bashas' locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt service and quality beverages to Bashas' customers.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment and assist with daily tasks.
• Lead and train team members, recognizing accomplishments and coaching as needed.
• Follow safety, cash handling, and security procedures to ensure store safety.
