• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and weights and measures requirements.
• Provide quality beverages, food products, and adhere to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a calm, professional presence during high volume periods.
• Anticipate customer and store needs and respond accordingly.
• Follow store procedures for cash handling, safety, and security.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized for easy inventory access.
• Recognize and reinforce team accomplishments and contribute to training.
