Bashas' Supermarkets is seeking an Asst. Barista Team Lead to drive front-end excellence in our store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, prepare beverages and food products, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include training new team members, ensuring safety and quality standards, and upholding Bashas’ and Starbucks culture. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can manage multiple tasks while keeping the customer

Qualifications

• Willingness to assist with training new team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a 'customer comes first' attitude.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health department and weights and measures requirements.
• Provide quality beverages, whole beans, and food products by adhering to recipe and presentation standards; maintain sanitation guidelines.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and promote Bashas’ and Starbucks culture and values during high volume periods.
• Assist with new member training and coaching as needed.
• All other related duties as assigned.
