Bashas'. Asst. Barista Team Lead will drive the front-end store experience, delivering prompt service and high-quality beverages while upholding cleanliness and a welcoming environment.

This role requires a friendly, responsible individual capable of working in a fast-paced setting and guiding a team to meet Bashas’ and Starbucks standards. Responsibilities include leading daily operations, training new staff, ensuring safety and health compliance, and maintaining inventory and presentation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 21 years or older if serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude and respond to customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health/waste requirements.
• Provide quality beverages, beans, and food by following recipes and presentation standards; maintain sanitation.
• Maintain a calm, professional presence during busy periods to keep the store clean and comfortable.
• Assist with training new team members and provide coaching as needed.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
