Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Team Lead to own strategic delivery and lead a high-performing team of Client Integrations Engineers in Chicago. You will drive complex client initiatives across onboarding, campaign execution, and long-term optimization, mentoring direct reports and serving as the technical SME and client liaison across internal teams.

This hands-on leadership role blends engineering, consulting, and leadership to deliver scalable marketing solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a technical role.
5+ years in digital marketing technology.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team ofClient Integrations Engineers and mentor direct reports.
Manage and execute complex client initiatives across onboarding, campaign execution, and optimization.
Serve as technical SME and client liaison to drive delivery across cross-functional teams.
Identify and lead enhancement opportunities that support client marketing goals.
Design, develop, and test technical solutions; maintain client-specific codebases for campaigns.
Advise account teams and clients on platform features and campaign setup options.
Provide timely updates to senior leadership and build product knowledge to communicate revenue impact of configuration options.
