Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Team Lead at our child care center in Plano, TX. You will promote growth in children, lead classroom management, and implement the curriculum.

You will communicate with families, mentor new hires, and may assume Director duties in their absence. We welcome energetic, dependable people 18+, with licensed childcare experience; college credits or a CDA preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility or similar setting.
• Leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements and follow guidelines.
• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children; lead classroom instruction.
• Lead curriculum implementation and classroom routines.
• Communicate with families to support child development and center success.
• Mentor new hires and assist with staff training and onboarding.
• Take on Director/Assistant Director duties in their absence.
