Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Team Lead for its Plano, TX child care center. You will supervise classroom activities, implement curriculum, and ensure daily care aligns with licensing and company standards.

You will communicate with families to promote child growth and center success, mentor new staff, and, in absence, take on Director/Assistant Director duties. Expect a dynamic, supportive team that values growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• Ability to meet state or accreditation requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; classroom instruction at least 50% of weekly schedule.
• Communicate with families to promote child achievement and support center success.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers.
