Learning Care is hiring a Team Lead to guide classroom activities and curriculum, while fostering strong relationships with families. You will lead, mentor, and step into director-like duties in absence, ensuring daily care meets licensing standards.

We value energetic, dependable individuals who can manage classrooms, engage children in activities indoors or outdoors, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality care. 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• Ability to implement lesson plans.
• Meet state/accreditation requirements for education/experience.

Responsabilités

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in care.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor and assist with onboarding new hires and fellow teachers.
