Job summary

City Net is seeking a Team Lead to oversee case management for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. You will help connect clients to housing, medical care, counseling, and supportive services while supporting supervisors with staff performance, scheduling, and budgets.

The role includes mentorship of Case Managers, collaboration with partners, and ensuring HMIS data accuracy. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with a focus on maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with case management for homelessness or related social services.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities for supervising Case Managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Team Supervisors in ensuring professional service delivery and policy adherence.
• Coach, mentor, and train Case Managers; document coaching activities.
• Coordinate special projects and support team logistics and reporting.
