Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage daily operations of our car wash facility. You will lead by example, provide excellent customer service, and support the management team in achieving performance goals.

This role offers growth into leadership, the chance to earn weekly commissions, and both part-time and full-time scheduling options. Come learn what it takes to run a fast-paced, service-driven operation.

Qualifications

• Able to provide friendly, reliable customer service.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in all weather.
• Willingness to pass drug screen and background check as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Open and close the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility and surrounding areas.
