Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa seeks a Team Leader to help manage our car wash facility and day-to-day operations. This role offers a starting hourly rate with potential weekly commissions and flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time work.

You will provide friendly customer service, assist with opening/closing, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide customers onto the tunnel, and help maintain equipment and the facility.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
