Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the site’s facility and operations. You will provide friendly customer service, help open and close the facility, enroll members in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and ensure smooth tunnel operation.

This is a fast, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities into management. Competitive pay with potential weekly commissions, flexible schedules, and both part-time and full-time openings.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
