Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to assist with the site's facilities and operations. You will provide friendly customer service, help open/close the facility, and enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club while guiding vehicles through the tunnel.

This role offers growth within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with opportunities for advancement, weekly commission potential, flexible scheduling, and both part‑time and full‑time openings.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
