Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Massachusetts is seeking a Team Leader to assist with daily facility operations and guest service. This role offers an hourly starting pay and opportunities to learn how to run a car wash and advance to management.

You will join a fast, team-oriented environment that values reliability and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include opening/closing the facility, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepping vehicles, guiding customers onto the tunnel, performing

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours in all weather.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility and landscape as needed.
