Job summary
Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Ocala, FL. The role involves leading daily operations, delivering friendly customer service, and supporting management to run a fast-paced car wash facility.
You will be responsible for opening/closing the site, enrolling members in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and ensuring equipment and grounds are well-maintained. Growth opportunities into management are highlighted in the posting.
Qualifications
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
- Assist in opening and closing the facility.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
