Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader in Ocala, FL. The role focuses on leading site operations, delivering friendly customer service, and supporting management in daily facility tasks at a busy car wash.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
