Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Brevard, NC is looking for a Team Leader to support daily facility operations and lead by example. Provide friendly customer service, help open/close the site, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and assist with tunnel operations.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of $15 and the opportunity for growth with weekly commissions and flexible scheduling; full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before the tunnel and guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in routine maintenance and facility upkeep.
