Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help run daily operations at our Coralville car wash. You will lead by example, provide friendly service, and support the management team while delivering fast, high-quality guest care.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a path to management. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with commission-based pay and company benefits after onboarding.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
Assist in opening and closing the facility.
Enroll customers in Unlimited Car Wash Club.
Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
