Tidal Wave Auto Spa seeks a Team Leader to assist with the site operations and lead by example in a fast-paced car wash environment. You will engage customers, help run the facility, and support management with daily tasks, safety, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required by state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they pass through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
