Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Member/Team Leader in Merritt Island, FL. This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, operating a fast-paced car wash facility, and supporting the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.

The position offers competitive pay with potential weekly commissions, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding national brand. On-site work with opportunities for part-time or full-time shifts is available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
