Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader in the Heritage Harbour area. The role involves providing friendly customer service, opening/closing the facility, and enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club. You will prep vehicles, guide customers onto the tunnel, and assist with equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in all weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
