Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help run our busy car wash facility and to mentor a motivated team. This in-person role offers growth opportunities and weekly commission, with both part-time and full-time shifts available to fit your schedule.

You will deliver friendly customer service, assist with opening/closing, enroll members in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide customers through the tunnel, and support routine maintenance and grounds upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have management experience.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
