Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to assist with the facility and its operations. The role offers a fast, fun, team‑oriented environment where leaders set the example by exceeding expectations and supporting the management team.

You will provide friendly customer service, help open/close the site, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, guide customers through the tunnel, and help with routine maintenance. A clear path to growth awaits in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
