Job summary

Appinio is seeking a Team Lead Research DACH (B2B Focus) to build and guide our dedicated DACH B2B research team. You will lead a high-performing group, set up scalable processes, and partner with commercial leaders to safeguard speed and margins.

You will design studies, lead client engagements, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for fast-moving consultancy and enterprise clients in the DACH region. Fluent German (C2) and English are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in quantitative market research with B2B target groups.
• Design studies, write questionnaires, and execute quantitative projects.

Responsibilities

• Institutional leadership and development of the B2B DACH team.
• Establish standardized feasibility routines and sampling protocols.
• Advise and support clients with survey design and interpretation.
