Job summary

Appinio is seeking a General Manager for the DACH region. You will own the DACH strategy and P&L, representing Appinio on industry stages and leading complex enterprise negotiations to accelerate growth.

You will drive cross-functional GTM alignment, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and leverage Quant MR expertise to win large-scale clients while maintaining executive credibility in the market.

Qualifications

• Proven operational discipline scaling a multi-functional org.
• Credible domain expertise in Quantitative Market Research ( Quant MR ).
• Hands-on P&L management experience in a mature business environment.
• Strong executive credibility in DACH insights and marketing circles.
• GTM-focused leadership with AI-savvy approaches across GTM functions.
• Fluency in German and English (native or professional).

Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy and decision-making for the DACH region, aligning resources and teams.
• Maintain end-to-end P&L accountability across Marketing, Sales, and CS to maximize growth and margins.
• Lead or co-lead complex enterprise negotiations and client pitches with market research authority.
• Represent Appinio as brand ambassador across the DACH region in industry events and media.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between GTM and Research Consulting for seamless delivery.
