Job summary

Colonial Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative Lead to bolster our Customer Experience team in St. Louis, MO. You will supervise and train AR staff, coordinate with Sales, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and Operations, and drive process improvements across ERP/CRM systems.

The role requires a strong background in customer service, data entry, and ERP usage, plus leadership capabilities to guide a fast-paced team and manage multiple priorities daily.

Qualifications

• 4 years minimum experience in a Customer Service and Data Entry role.
• 4 years minimum experience in the chemical industry.
• ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall customer support to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments.
• Assist Customer Service Manager and serve as backup.
• Lead onboarding and training for new hires in the department.
• Coordinate training sessions for new systems or processes.
• Facilitate AR team meetings and project work.
